Ansel Elgort, born on March 14, 1994, is a prominent American actor and singer. He initiated his journey in acting with a minor part in the horror film Carrie in 2013. However, it was his portrayal of a young cancer patient in the romantic drama The Fault in Our Stars (2014) that truly propelled him into the spotlight, along with his supporting role in the Divergent series spanning from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, Elgort took on the lead role in Edgar Wright's action-packed thriller Baby Driver, earning a nomination for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy.
