Salvatore "Robert" Loggia (January 3, 1930 – December 4, 2015) was a distinguished American actor whose career spanned more than six decades. He garnered critical acclaim for his remarkable performances, earning an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the thriller Jagged Edge (1985). Loggia's talent was further recognized when he won the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actor for his memorable performance in the beloved film Big (1988).

Throughout his extensive filmography, Loggia showcased his versatility across a variety of genres. He appeared in significant cinematic works such as The Greatest Story Ever Told (1965), and contributed to the iconic Pink Panther series with three films.
