Brad Greenquist
Biography
Brad Greenquist, born on October 8, 1959, is a talented American actor known for his work in film and television. He gained notable recognition for his role in the 1989 film adaptation of Stephen King's beloved novel, Pet Sematary. He also appeared in The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer, further showcasing his versatile acting skills. Since the 1990s, Greenquist has made guest appearances on several popular American TV series, including Charmed and ER.
Director Steven Soderbergh initially envisioned Greenquist for the role of Graham Dalton in the acclaimed film Sex, Lies, and Videotape. However, after Kyle MacLachlan and Aidan Quinn declined the part, producers opted for a more prominent actor, resulting in James Spader being cast instead.
Greenquist has also made a name for himself in the Star Trek franchise, featuring in multiple series. He appeared in the Season 3 episode "Warlord" of Star Trek: Voyager, portrayed the character Krit in the sixth season episode "Who Mourns for Morn?" on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and took on roles in two episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise – "Dawn," where he played Khata'n Zshaar, and an unnamed Rigelian kidnapper in the fourth season. His frequent participation in science fiction, fantasy, and horror genres has made him a familiar face at conventions, where fans celebrate his contributions to these beloved genres.
