James Tomio Saito, born on March 6, 1955, is a prominent American actor recognized for his physical performance as Shredder in the 1990 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, with the character's voice provided by David McCharen.

Saito's filmography includes notable appearances in movies such as The Devil's Advocate, Home Alone 3, Pearl Harbor, and Die Hard: With a Vengeance. His television work features roles in series like M*A*S*H, MacGyver, Law & Order, and Sex and the City.
