Alfred Molina, born Alfredo Molina on May 24, 1953, is a distinguished actor with dual British and American nationality, celebrated for both his lead and character roles across stage and screen. Over a remarkable career that has spanned more than fifty years, Molina has garnered a Drama Desk Award and received multiple nominations, including two BAFTA Awards, a British Independent Film Award, an Independent Spirit Award, five Screen Actors Guild Awards, and three Tony Awards.

Molina first gained recognition in London's West End, earning a Laurence Olivier Award nomination for Best Newcomer in 1980 for his performance in *Oklahoma!*.
