Diane Kruger, born on July 15, 1976, is a prominent German actress who has captivated audiences worldwide. She first gained international acclaim early in her career, earning the prestigious Trophée Chopard at the Cannes Film Festival.
Kruger is perhaps best known for her striking performances in a variety of films. She portrayed Helen in the epic war movie Troy (2004) and showcased her talents as Dr. Abigail Chase in the adventure heist National Treasure (2004) and its sequel released in 2007. Her role as Bridget von Hammersmark in Quentin Tarantino's acclaimed war film Inglourious Basterds (2009) further solidified her status in Hollywood. In 2011, she took on a leading role as Gina in the psychological thriller Unknown, adding to her diverse filmography.
