Veronica Maria Cäcilia Ferres, born on June 10, 1965, is a prominent German actress renowned for her versatile performances in both film and television. She rose to prominence as the co-star alongside Pierre Richard in the French television movie "Sans famille." Ferres is also well-known for her portrayal of the malevolent Mme. Thénardier in the 2000 French miniseries adaptation of "Les Misérables," which further solidified her status in the acting world.
