Daniel Michael DeVito Jr. (born November 17, 1944) is a versatile American actor, comedian, director, and producer whose career spans several decades. He first captured the public's attention as the fiery taxi dispatcher Louie De Palma on the acclaimed television series Taxi, earning both a Golden Globe and an Emmy for his memorable performance. Currently, he is widely recognized for his role as Frank Reynolds on the hit sitcom It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, which has been entertaining audiences since 2006.

In the realm of film, DeVito has delivered standout performances in classics such as One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) and Terms of Endearment (1983).
