Storme Toolis, born on November 26, 1992, is an accomplished actress hailing from Achill Island in County Mayo, Ireland. The daughter of Dea Birkett, a well-known television and print journalist, Toolis grew up alongside her younger brother and sister in a creative household.

Her acting career began with a brief appearance as an extra in Channel 4's hit series The Inbetweeners, which laid the groundwork for her later performance in The Inbetweeners Movie. In 2013, Toolis joined the cast of the popular detective drama New Tricks, portraying the character Holly Griffin in the episode titled "Cry Me a River." This role marked a significant milestone in her career, as she became one of the few disabled actors in mainstream British television to portray a character whose disability is not highlighted as a central element of the storyline.
