Teressa Claire MacNeille, born on June 20, 1951, is a prominent American voice actress known for her extensive work in animation. She gained fame for her roles as Dot Warner in the beloved series Animaniacs and Babs Bunny in Tiny Toon Adventures. Additionally, she voiced Chip and Gadget Hackwrench in the popular show Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, and has portrayed Daisy Duck across various Disney productions since 1999.
