Matt Clark
Biography
Matt Clark, born on November 25, 1936, is an accomplished American actor and director recognized for his roles in both film and television. His extensive body of work spans a variety of genres, including Westerns, comedies, and dramatic pieces.
Hailing from Washington D.C., Clark is the son of Theresa, a teacher, and Frederick William Clark, a carpenter. He spent his formative years in Conyers, Georgia. After his military service, he enrolled at George Washington University, although he eventually left before completing his degree. Following a period of working various jobs, he became involved with a local theater group in Washington D.C. His passion for acting led him to join New York's Living Theatre company, where he honed his craft through off-Broadway productions and community theater during the late 1950s.
Clark's talent and dedication have allowed him to thrive in the entertainment industry, earning him recognition for his versatile portrayals. His career reflects a commitment to a range of roles, making him a notable figure in American cinema and theater.
