Hochu Otsuka (大塚 芳忠, Ōtsuka Hōchū), born Yoshitada Ōtsuka on May 19, 1954, is a prominent Japanese voice actor and narrator, currently represented by the talent agency Crazy Box. With a career spanning several decades, Otsuka has established himself as a versatile and recognizable voice in the anime and film industries.

His notable performances include iconic characters such as Kyao Mirao in "Heavy Metal L-Gaim," Yazan Gable in "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam," and Akira Sendō in the beloved sports anime "Slam Dunk." He has also voiced memorable roles like SignalMan in "Gekisou Sentai Carranger," Deneb in "Kamen Rider Den-O," and Abuto in "Gintama." Additionally, he portrayed Makoto Sōda in "Captain Tsubasa" and the legendary Jiraiya in "Naruto," showcasing his wide-ranging talent across various genres.
