Camilla Rutherford, born on September 20, 1976, is a talented English actress and fashion model renowned for her diverse roles in film and television. She began her career with appearances in short films such as Je t'aime John Wayne and Stardom, which laid the groundwork for her future successes. Rutherford gained prominence with her performances in notable films including Gosford Park (2001), Vanity Fair (2004), The Freediver (2004), and The Darjeeling Limited (2007). Her television credits feature a memorable role in the historical drama Rome (2007) and she captivated audiences as Diana Napier in the acclaimed 2021 miniseries A Very British Scandal.

She pursued a degree in Mathematics at Newcastle University. It was in London, at a party, where she met her husband, Rufus Abbott. The couple celebrated their marriage with a traditional Roman Catholic ceremony at St. George's Church in Campden Hill, followed by a reception in the Orangeries.
