Travis Mills
Biography
Travis Mills was born in Quito, Ecuador, and spent his formative years exploring various cultures across Europe and Africa before making his way back to the United States. He eventually settled in Arizona, where in 2010, he partnered with playwright Gus Edwards to establish Running Wild Films. This creative venture has thrived under their leadership, yielding an impressive portfolio of over 20 feature films and more than 100 short film projects.
A significant highlight of Mills’ career came in 2020 when he undertook an ambitious project to produce 12 feature-length Western films within a single year. This remarkable feat not only showcased his dedication to the genre but also solidified his reputation in the film industry as a prolific filmmaker with a unique vision.
Mills' work has garnered attention for its diverse storytelling and innovative approaches to filmmaking.
