Bridgette B, originally named Luz Abreu, was born on October 15, 1983, in Barcelona, Spain. In 2004, she made the bold decision to relocate to the United States. She pursued higher education at Kent State University in Ohio, where she was an active member of the Chi Omega sorority and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising.

While still in college, Bridgette ventured into the adult entertainment industry as a stripper and also worked briefly as a receptionist before fully immersing herself in the world of adult films. In 2008, she took a significant step forward in her career by making her debut in explicit hardcore movies, marking the beginning of her successful journey in the industry.
