Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, widely recognized by her stage name Halsey, is a prominent American singer-songwriter and television writer/director. Born on September 29, 1994, Halsey emerged from the vibrant music scene with her unique sound and powerful storytelling. The name "Halsey" draws inspiration from the Halsey Street subway station in Brooklyn, New York, and is also an anagram of her first name.
Halsey burst onto the music scene with her debut EP, "Room 93," in 2014, which showcased her distinctive blend of pop and alternative influences.
